  • Initial - 68% Tractor pay, 10% Trailer pay

  • 1 year - 69% Tractor pay, 10% Trailer pay

  • 2 years - 71% Tractor pay, 10% Trailer pay

  • *Cash bonuses for "No Violation" Inspections and safety performance
